Controversial Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has raised eyebrows after he shared a trailer of his new film undertaking titled, “Peter Obi.”

Taking to his Instagram web page on Thursday, February 2, the actor and film producer revealed he has been engaged on the Labour Celebration’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and shared the trailer.

Within the trailer, Yul Edochie who performed Peter Obi altered his voice to imitate that of the presidential candidate.

Nonetheless, the way in which Yul spoke within the film, mimicking Obi, didn’t sit effectively together with his supporters. Yul was closely criticised and accused of mocking the previous Anambra state governor.

Reacting, an Instagram consumer @obidiya.1 wrote, “Casting with Peter Obi title is okay however that voice shouldn’t be his please. Edit bfr u launch it. Don’t disrespect our President like u did to Could. T for thanks”.
