Standard Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda, has disclosed that the recording and video shoot for his breakthrough track “Imaginative and prescient 2020” have been funded by famend rapper Olamide.
He mentioned that Poco Lee, a well known dancer, and Zlatan Ibile have been essential figures within the growth of his career.
In a latest interview with Pulse, Bella made this revelation, saying that the YBNL boss contributed extra by selling the track on his social media profiles.
He claimed that regardless of not being a YBNL Nation signee, Olamide handled him simply how one would ordinarily be handled.
The ‘Money App’ singer described how Poco Lee launched him to Olamide.
In line with him, Poco who was residing with Zlatan on Lagos Island begged the rapper to accommodate him which he obliged.
Shmurda claimed that when he was working with Zlatan, the rapper supported him and labored with him on a variety of unreleased tracks.
He mentioned;
“Shouout to Baddo [Olamide]. He was so supportive. He needed to pay ID Cabasa for the copy of ‘Imaginative and prescient 2020’. He sorted my video. And even posting it extra [on social media]. He did every thing he may do for Fireboy with out me signing a paper.
“Poco Lee used to stick with Zlatan. I used to be in Mainland, and he [Poco Lee] was like, ‘Bella, come now we go simply dey handle for right here small small.’ And Zlatan, he acquired me with opened fingers. Something he [Zlatan] is within the studio recording, he all the time calls me. He all the time provides me motivations.”
