The Ogun State Police Command has arrested singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly referred to as Moveable, following his refusal to simply accept the police’s supply.
Following the expiration of the 72-hour deadline issued to him by the Ogun State police command, the Zazoo singer was taken into custody on Friday, March 31.
Recall that on March twenty eighth, movies of Moveable making an attempt to elude seize and verbally abusing cops went viral.
The police then gave him a 72-hour ultimatum to report himself to the closest police station or be arrested by Friday.
Abimbola Oyeyemi, the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, commented on the event and verified that the singer had been detained and was presently on the state police workplaces in Eleweran, Abeokuta.
Mr. Oyeyemi added that Moveable was detained after turning down 5 provides.
Moreover, it was realized that the performer will proceed to be held by authorities till Monday, April 3, when he’ll face authorized prices.
Whereas the singer was being questioned in custody, he claimed that he didn’t know the individuals who got here to his bar to arrest him have been cops.
