A financial institution supervisor has been recorded addressing clients attempting to withdraw cash from her department.

The supervisor knowledgeable the shoppers that there was no cash in her department, which is why the doorways had been locked.

She said that the scenario was out of their management and pleaded with customers to grasp and chorus from trashing the property.
